We have been using Airflow Masters for a little over three years now and the experience has being great, excellent staff James and his crew are very easy to work with and they offer a maintenance plan that is terrific. Airflow Masters and Mike were quick and professional. HVAC died in 90+ degree temps and they got out same day to take care of us. Highly recommended!

I returned from deployment with my AC not working. No one was able to schedule an appointment the same day except for Airflow Masters. Technician came and had my AC running in about an hour. Great service…. Reasonable price!

I called Airflow Masters in the morning about supposedly degraded performance of my AC units. The owner explained that it could well be normal given the hot weather laterly. I insisted on getting someone come over to take a look. Technician Vince was sent to my house in the afternoon. He checked both AC units and found that one unit needed about a pound of Freon refill. Vince gave me a quote which is quite reasonable and the job was completed in less than 30 minutes.I get suspicious whenever a company is trying hard to sell me something. It is definitely not the case here with Airflow Masters. They have earned a very satisfied customer!

James was great, showed up when he could have rescheduled. He was very knowledgeable and honest and informative. The price was great and he fixed our issue. We will definitely be using this company again and will be requesting James again. Thsnk you James and Airflow Masters!

We called on Monday for servicing and expressed we would not be available after 3pm, at which we were told there would be no problem and they would be there before 3. The person never showed up and about 4pm stated they were on their way; obviously nobody was home so it was rescheduled to today between 9 and 10am. Nobody showed up until about noon. The charge was $460 to add coolant and unclog a pipe that per the technician could have been done by us had the person expressed that before completing the service. I’m more agitated by the no show and late show since that affected my husband’s inability to sleep between his night shifts.Would not use this company again as there is no regard for customers’ time.
