I love Airflow Masters. Every employee I have had contact with the 15 years has been awesome. I call, and one of them shows up quickly to check into what my problem is. When I needed a new motor capacitor, I am so happy with the result. I was afraid I needed a new AC unit, but James did his magic, and I have a unit that is working perfectly. THANKS JAMES, and JAMES (the son), you guys are the best!!! I know that I can rely on each of the employees to do whatever it takes when I have a problem with my system. I have no idea how old my unit is because it was already in use when I bought my house in 2010, and they check it out, do preventive maintenance, and it works like a new unit. I will not be changing companies as long as I live in my house because, in my opinion, I already have the best!

Great company! I called to make an appointment for an A/C repair and was put on hold while they checked for the next available appointment. When the call resumed, I was informed that a tech had just returned and they could send him over. At 3 p.m., I was not expecting that response at all. Vince (A/C tech) was at my house 20 min later. Excellent customer service from start to finish and this was just to troubleshoot the unit! I'll definitely use them for future cooling/heating needs!

I can’t say enough great things about this HVAC company. Mr. James is incredibly kind, patient, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. You never feel rushed or talked down to, just genuinely taken care of. They went above and beyond by working with my schedule at the very last minute and coming out right before a snowstorm, which I truly appreciated. They even came out on the weekend to make it work for me, and that meant a lot. Mr. James was very informative about the services they provide, which I will now partake in their recommended service plan that they offer. I prefer sticking with one trusted company rather than having too many different hands working on the same issue. The scheduling lady was also wonderful! My whole house heat pump decided to lose power last evening. Looked around, saw all the nice reviews of this place, decided to give them a call. Their service call was about twenty cheaper than the competition, and they were able to squeeze me in the same day I called. As I suspected, it was a fuse, and the tech was nice enough to explain about things that can be wrong when fuses blow. He spent some time watching things after he got it going, which was appreciated. Hopefully it was just a nuisance and not a big problem, but if it blows again they will adjust the truck charge, I'm told. Great job guys, no offense but I hope I won't need you again for awhile. ;-)

I am so happy I selected Airflow Masters to install my new heat pump early 2024. Their customer service has been positive, professional, and prompt. I couldn't have asked for more. My heat went out, snow on the ground, temps in the low 20s. I called James, who got right on it. Vince drove in snow-covered roads 30 miles and serviced my unit. Vince showed up and ran tests on the unit. It was 2 lbs low. He topped it off and will return to see what is leaking and put stop leak in the unit tomorrow. If that works or not. He said it sounds as if it needs an evaporator coil. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s find!!! Okay, 2 days have gone by and the A/C worked for 1 day and it started not cooling again. Vince came out and put stop leak in it on day 2, but that did not fix the issue. Will be calling again Monday morning to have them come out and troubleshoot some more. T-stat set at 73 and temp in the house is 79/80 degrees. Okay, after the 2/10 home warranty company told Airflow Masters to charge the A/C and troubleshoot it another day. Vince returned and found the evaporator coil leaking. He recharged the unit to at least cool the house for a couple days. Waiting on 2/10 to approve repair. Home warranty companies are a joke. Making a contractor make multiple visits, when the contractor can find the fix in one day and have it repaired right. But no, you have to wait for them to approve the parts, then ship it to the contractor, which could take several days if not more, instead of allowing the contractor to get the part and fix it the next day. Airflow Masters have been great. I would recommend them for all your HVAC installs and repairs.
